An epicentre for business, networking and trade in the Middle East, our campus’ central location offers visitors a range of convenient amenities. Ever since our inauguration in 1979, Dubai World Trade Centre is connecting people through the events we host. A diverse collection of five hotels and serviced apartments cater to a range of needs and budgets in proximity to our venue. In addition to dedicated parking garages there is an on site metro station, to provide accessibility to all visitors.
Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre
Since its first halls opened more than 40 years ago, the region’s most recognised events venue has risen to global prominence alongside Dubai.
DICEC offers a collection of event spaces, with flexibility for all events from large scale open spaces to auditoriums for seated audiences and an arena large enough for 10,000 fans. Hosting more than 500 events annually, DICEC connects people, products and ideas from around the globe through its calendar of international trade fairs, consumer shows and prestigious international conferences. The venue also conveniently houses a variety of visitor and exhibitor focused retail, F&B, hotels for business and leisure and a dedicated Metro station.
Sheikh Rashid Tower
This 39-storey building was opened in 1979 by Queen Elizabeth II as Dubai’s first tower of its kind.
Formally named the Trade Centre Tower and later renamed in honour of the late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the tower stands 149 meters high. It represented the emirate’s rising ambitions and remained the region’s tallest building for 20 years. As our first property, that opened for business in 1979, the iconic Sheikh Rashid Tower that till today adorns the DH 100 note, remains to be a fitting tribute the city’s incredible financial growth and the role Dubai World Trade Centre has played in its success. Office spaces range from as small as 160 sq. ft. to 12,500 sq. ft. – the size of an entire floor. Today the tower is home to many multinational tenants, government entities and consulates.
Convention Tower
Thirteen stories tall, Convention Tower is a purpose built commercial building that places corporations at the centre of the action.
This office building was completed in 2004 and is home to a number of leading tenants, including corporations and government entities. The building features floor to ceiling windows, offering office spaces with plenty of natural light. Areas range from 2,500 sq. ft. and entire floors at 19,600 sq. ft. All offices are part of the DWTC Free Zone, affording tenants many valuable business privileges. The tower is walking distance to retail, F&B and business hotels onsite. Tenants also enjoy easy access to hundreds of leading business events throughout the year.
The Apartments at Dubai World Trade Centre
The Apartments are an extended-stay property with 543 spacious units that put guests just one minute’s walk from all the action at DICEC.
Less than a minute from the main exhibition halls The Apartments are equally suitable for short or long term stays. They offer everything you would expect from a hotel apartment and range in size from studios to three bedrooms. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool with attached cafe, an eatery and a bar. Gym facilities, a sauna and a steam room are available. A business centre is on-hand to accommodate needs during the workday.

Located just 400 metres from the World Trade Centre metro station, this contemporary four-start hotel is a number one choice among our visitors. Ibis One Central
Perfect location for business and leisure travels close to World Trade Centre metro station.
This much-anticipated, three-star hotel with 588 rooms opened in March 2016 within our ground-breaking One Central development. Guest rooms are equipped with Sweet Bed by ibis bedding, desks, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and stylish bathrooms. The hotel has one restaurant on site and offers 5 flexible meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Ibis World Trade Centre

25hours One Central
Opened in 2021, this will be the largest hotel in the chain and its first outside Europe.
The One Central edition of 25hours will feature 434 rooms paired with culturally-conscious décor and rooftop restaurant. Each 25hours property leverages location to inspire its design and atmosphere. The hotel will feature a lobby strung with hammocks, trendy eateries and an outdoor pool. Guests can also enjoy the Dubai skyline while dining at a rooftop restaurant.
The Offices
These five award-winning commercial buildings are LEED-certified and connected by pedestrian pathways, with ground-floor retail and F&B in each.
The Offices are located inside the DWTC Authority free zone at the heart of Dubai’s Central Business District. The Offices at One Central provide a choice commercial environment with more than 158,000 sq. m (1.7 million sq. ft.) of premium working space. Each building has been constructed with modern corporations in mind, including features such as generous parking bays, high-speed lifts, landscaped rooftop terraces for select units and ground-floor retail and F&B.
World Trade Centre Metro Station
North and southbound trains pass through this dedicated station that’s an easy walk from our events venue, hotels and One Central district.
Located on Exhibition Plaza, the Metro station exclusively serves Red Line trains, which run from the airport to Dubai Marina.The Dubai Metro is a convenient, inexpensive, air-conditioned, and very modern choice for public transportation in this bustling city. Trains run roughly every five minutes during peak times, and every eight minutes off-peak. Stations are open 6.00am to 11.00pm Sunday to Thursday, or 1.00pm to midnight on Friday.
Al Mustaqbal Street Parking
This expansive car parking is our largest multistory, offering more than 2600 bays.
A preferred choice for visitors and exhibitors, it is easily accessible from all the surrounding main arteries and includes dedicated bays for electric vehicles, as well as two rooftop helipads with solar panels.
